Refund policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Su amor Sanador. If you encounter any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.
At Su Amor Sanador, we strive to provide products that inspire and strengthen your spiritual life. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Condition of Items (Bibles and Books)
To maintain the integrity and value of our sacred and literary materials:

Returns are not accepted for Bibles or books that have been used, marked, highlighted, or show any signs of wear.

Bibles lose their commercial value once they are no longer in "Brand New" condition. Therefore, returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original packaging and unused condition.
3. Digital Products (Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital products (reflection guides, downloadable planners, etc.), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the download link has been sent or accessed. If you experience technical issues with your file, please contact us for assistance.
4. Custom Items and Apparel
For apparel (t-shirts, hoodies) or customized products:

Returns are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects or printing errors.

We do not accept exchanges or refunds for incorrect size selection. Please refer to our size charts before placing your order.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
6. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We accept returns within 7 days from when the order was delivered.

Items must be in new, unwashed and unworn condition.

We offer 3 return options:

Refunds to the original form of payment with a $7.95 return label fee per order, exchanges with a $5 restocking fee per order or free returns for a store credit.

Please note: Gift Cards, Final Sale Items such as Mystery Tees, Clearance, Free and Limited Edition, Items not eligible to be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items: All Final Sale items, subscription items, phone cases, stickers, rings, socks, wristbands, string bracelets, keychains, intimate clothes. Items are ineligible for returns and exchanges.

Items received through an exchange are final sale and are not eligible for subsequent exchanges or returns.
